Heather Geohegan, LAC.
Heather Geohegan received a Masters's degree in Oriental Medicine from The Oregon College of Oriental Medicine in Portland, Oregon in 2005. She was initially trained in massage therapy at the Advanced Fuller School of Massage Therapy in 1999 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Heather is licensed by the North Carolina Acupuncture Licensing Board (NCALB) to practice acupuncture and is certified by the National Certification Commission of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) as a Diplomate in acupuncture. She has extensive training in adjunctive therapies such as Tuina (Chinese manipulative therapy), cupping, acupressure, sports acupuncture, auriculotherapy, and dietary and lifestyle changes. Heather started with Island Acupuncture in 2019. She travels the world in the offseason and has lived in KDH and worked in the Outer banks since 1989. Heather currently sees patients from April - December in our KDH location.

Tracie Rosso, LMBT # 02083
Tracie attended the Cayce/Reilly School of Massotherapy in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and graduated in 1995. She is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy and certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. Traci specializes in Swedish, deep tissue, Lomi-Lomi, Prenatal Massage, and reflexology. Tracie enjoys bringing her vast experience and a variety of modalities to the table to help everyone she encounters feel better in every way. She has been with Island Acupuncture and Massage since 2009. Tracie currently sees clients in the KDH office.
Stacy Weeks, LMBT # 10201
Stacy attended the Advanced Fuller School of Massage in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and graduated in 2010. She is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy. Stacy specializes in Swedish, sports massage, deep tissue, cupping, and hot stone, with a specialty in TMJ treatment. Stacys offers a unique perspective and is passionate about helping her clients reduce muscle tension, pain, and stress with a focus on the whole body. She has been with Island Acupuncture and Massage since 2016. Stacy currently sees clients in the KDH office.
Laurie Everett, LMBT # 20629
Laurie attended Lotus Professional College in Richmond, Virginia in 2021. She is licensed by the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy and is also licensed in Virginia. Laurie has a history as a lactation consultant and loves to do prenatal massages. Laurie specializes in Swedish, therapeutic massage, prenatal and healing touch. She cares very deeply about her clients. Her gift is the goal of deep relaxation for anyone on her table.
